3. Fees & Payment
Fees are disclosed upfront and are non-refundable once state filing has been submitted. State filing fees are billed at cost.
4. Refunds
You may cancel your order for a full refund before we submit filings to the state. After submission, only the platform fee minus work completed may be refunded at our discretion.

We may recommend or facilitate third-party services (banks, CPAs). We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or fees of these third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
FirmlyUSA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
